A few of the most common questions
Do you only offer Christian ceremonies? While I am a Christian minister, I understand that faith and beliefs are very personal. I am happy to do non-denominational services. In one service I even sang a few lines from The Wedding Singer movie.
Do you officiate same sex weddings? Yes. Jesus said "A new command I give you: Love one another. As I have loved you, so you must love one another." I believe Love is Love.
What about theme weddings? Yes please! These are so much fun. I enjoy the creativity of themed ceremonies and am happy to help by dressing up and playing the part to help make your wedding a blast.
What about elopements? Of course. A marriage is a commitment between two. Some like to have all eyes on them, and some like the intimacy of an elopement. I personally had a very small ceremony, and I wouldn't change a thing. The only catch is making sure you get the documentation squared up first. I can't make it official without the papers to sign.
Do you perform weddings outside of Ohio? As much as I would love to, I am only licensed in Ohio. I prefer the northern Ohio area but am willing to travel.
What about pricing? I do not charge for my services. This is not a career for me. I do this because I enjoy it. My services will remain donation only. I always provide a portion of the donation to a charity of your choice. Cost should not interfere with your dreams. I only charge for the cost of keepsake items as I customize them and cannot re-sell. We can make sure your keepsake is within your budget.
What other ministry services do you offer? I am happy to offer home blessings, new child blessings, baptisms, and prayer and consolation in times of need. I do not do funeral services. Those are just too sad for me to be able to assist.
